the mid-1800s, my great grandfather, Innocenzo, started our company
in Norcia, Italy, with a dream of providing the finest quality foods
to his community. Using long-cherished family recipes and with the
help of old-world artisans, he produced what have become the best
loved and number one selling deli meats in Italy. Now, Fiorucci Foods
is proud to be a popular gourmet choice in American homes and restaurants
as well.

We offer
7 different salamis to
further appreciation of the regional nuances and preferences,
ranging from the popular Genoa and Hard
Salami to Milano, Sopressata and Abruzzesse – aged salamis
that capture the spices and herbs of those areas of Italy.
Firoucci Balsamic
Vinegar is
aged in Slavonian Oak casks and contains the sweet must from
sugary Trebbiano grapes. |
