Salami Lover’s Italian Pasta Salad

This satisfying salad works particularly well with a loaf of warm Italian bread as a relaxing dinner anytime.

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces rotelli pasta
  • ¾ cup creamy salad dressing
  • ¾ cup Balsamic Vinagrette or Italian-style salad dressing
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces Fiorucci Genoa Salami, cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 (2 ounces) can drained sliced black olives
  • ½ red onion, julienned
Directions:
  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente (firm to the bite), rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the creamy salad dressing, the Italian salad dressing and the grated cheese.
  3. Add the pasta, Fiorucci Genoa Salami, bell pepper, olives and onion.
  4. Stir well to evenly coat.
  5. Allow to chill before serving.

Serves 4

 
Tip
This dish also works well with Fiorucci Pepperoni substituted for Salami.
