Prosciutto & Herb

Fast preparation time
and simple ingredients create an unforgettable dinner for two. Fresh
garden herbs, such as oregano, basil and thyme, can be added or
substituted for the dried herbs.
Fiorucci offers you several choices of Prosciutto, from the famous
imported Fiorucci Prosciutto di Parma to domestically produced,
air dried Fiorucci Riserva Prosciutto.
Ingredients:
- 3 ½ to 4 ounces diced Fiorucci
Prosciutto
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic

- ½ teaspoon dried Oregano (or 1/3 cup fresh Oregano
or Basil)
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Directions:
- Cook
spaghetti according to package directions – al dente.
- In saucepan or large sauté pan, place olive oil and
garlic, cook over medium heat until garlic begins to turn
translucent and
soften.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except grated Parmesan
cheese.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated
through (2 to 3 minutes).
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to
taste and serve.
Serves 2 for dinner
