Fig & Burrata Crostini with Sopressata

12 baguette slices, toasted
4 oz burrata cheese, cut into 12 pieces
12 slices Fiorucci Sopressata, halved
3 figs, quartered
3 tbsp balsamic glaze
2 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
Pinch sea salt
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Top each baguette slice with cheese, Sopressata and fig.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over top. Sprinkle with basil and salt.
Tip: Store-bought balsamic glaze can be purchased in the oil and vinegar aisle of the grocery store. Substitute honey if desired.
