Sicilian Muffuletta
Lunch or Dinner Fiorucci Specialty Deli Meat Entree

Your customers will rave about this sandwich. Its combination of salami, capicollo and pepperoni are a meat lover's delight.

Ingredients:

  • 1 round Italian bread with sesame seeds
  • 1 cup prepared olive salad, Sicilian antipasto, olive condite or tapenade
  • 8 thin slices Fiorucci Genoa or Hard Salami

  • 4 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
  • 3 thin slices Fiorucci Capicollo
  • 3 thin slices Fiorucci Pepperoni

Directions:

  1. Slice bread on half (across the diameter) and brush each half with some of the oil from the olive salad or other prepared salad oil.
  2. On the bottom half of the bread, place 4 slices of Fiorucci Genoa Salami, top with the provolone, Fiorucci Capicollo, Fiorucci Pepperoni and the remaining Salami.
  3. Spread the olive salad over the Salami and top with the remaining half of bread.
  4. Cut into quarters and serve. (Note: this sandwich should not be heated.)
