Pesto Panini
Entree
Fiorucci Sopressata makes this panini recipe seem new and fresh,
a little 'off the beaten path.' We think your clientele will be beating
a path to your kitchen for more!
Ingredients:
- 1 roasted red pepper
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- ½
cup pesto sauce

Directions:
- Cut roasted pepper
into fine strips.
- Cut bread in half lengthwise and spread bottom
half with pesto.
- Layer slices of sopressata, provolone and pepper
strips.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Replace top half of bread
and cut loaf into 1 inch pieces to serve.
Dinner for 4 or appetizer for 8 |
