Fiorucci Sopressata makes this panini recipe seem new and fresh, a little 'off the beaten path.' We think your clientele will be beating a path to your kitchen for more!

Ingredients:

  • 1 roasted red pepper
  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • ½ cup pesto sauce
Directions:
  1. Cut roasted pepper into fine strips.
  2. Cut bread in half lengthwise and spread bottom half with pesto.
  3. Layer slices of sopressata, provolone and pepper strips.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Replace top half of bread and cut loaf into 1 inch pieces to serve.

Dinner for 4 or appetizer for 8
