Crostini di Prosciutto di Parma
Fiorucci Riserva Prosciutto Appetizer
The simplicity of this appetizer makes quality ingredients so important.
This is a satisfying starter for any meal.
Ingredients:
- 6 slices (3/4 inch thick) Italian bread
- 2 large cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup arugula leaves

Directions:
- Grill or toast bread on both sides.
- Rub garlic cloves over one side of each slice. Drizzle olive
oil onto the same side of each slice, dividing evenly.
- Arrange over bread in layers, tomato slices, arugula and Fiorucci
Prosciutto di Parma, dividing evenly.
- Garnish with shaved or grated Parmigiano cheese and if desired,
freshly ground black pepper.
Serves 6 as an appetizer
