Crostini di Prosciutto di Parma
Fiorucci Riserva Prosciutto Appetizer

The simplicity of this appetizer makes quality ingredients so important. This is a satisfying starter for any meal.

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices (3/4 inch thick) Italian bread
  • 2 large cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup arugula leaves
Directions:
  1. Grill or toast bread on both sides.
  2. Rub garlic cloves over one side of each slice. Drizzle olive oil onto the same side of each slice, dividing evenly.
  3. Arrange over bread in layers, tomato slices, arugula and Fiorucci Prosciutto di Parma, dividing evenly.
  4. Garnish with shaved or grated Parmigiano cheese and if desired, freshly ground black pepper.

Serves 6 as an appetizer
