Naturally aged and smoked Prosciutto. Fully trimmed for high yield.

Lean cut of pork. Naturally aged 4-5 months. Available sweet or hot.

Hand-trimmed, rubbed with spices and marinated in red wine. Aged 3 months for firmness and performance.
