Little did he know, in this small town tucked away in the province of Perugia in southeastern Umbria, one of Italy’s most beautiful areas known for its rolling landscapes and significant cultural contributions, that the company and its guiding principles would take hold and grow. Since that time, Fiorucci has been preparing premium specialty meats that have become cherished, delicious favorites around the world.

Fiorucci Italian specialty meats, now also made in the United States using the family’s treasured recipes, are still hand trimmed, seasoned with the finest spices, and carefully aged.
